iPhone was as advertised, seller was responsive. Only bad experience was shipping by snail mail (USPS) was late which caused me to have to pay to extend my other carrier plan another month. Would have liked for seller to have given some consideration for that.

Shipping Policies

SAME BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING if ordered before 1 PM MST. Orders placed after 1 PM MST, will be shipped next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

FAST USPS Priority Shipping is included for free with all orders! If you need quicker shipping, we offer Next-Day delivery for an extra $30 or UPS 2-Day delivery for an extra $10. If you want to upgrade to UPS Next-Day or 2-Day delivery, please leave us a message on the sale page after purchasing and we will send you an invoice via PayPal.

Return & Refund Policies

To claim your warranty please contact us via the sale page within 180 days of your device delivery date. We will either replace the device or repair it, free of charge! This warranty is strictly for functionality issues and DOES NOT cover any issues caused by accidental or physical damage. If your device is accidentally or physically damaged, we will repair it at the cost of the parts and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if any physical or internal damage is found.

Buyer's remorse/non-defective returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. For buyer's remorse returns/non-defective returns, a full refund minus the PayPal fee will be issued within 2 Business days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Please leave us a message on the sale page and will provide the return address. All devices must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If there is any excessive damage, we will deduct a damage fee from your refund.

No returns are accepted for new or new open-box devices unless they are unopened or not as described.
