The phone is powered by an 8-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 8GB of RAM and options for either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G was available for purchase as of January 29, 2021, and the smartphone arrived running Samsung’s One UI 3.1 with Android 11.
