Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.

I’m doing this as much as I can in every way possible.
I attempted to purchase this iPhone 12 Pro Max this morning. My location is in the Caribbean. However, because of my location I got an error message stating, “Sorry, we only support US based credit card at this time.” Fine, I didn’t proceed with the order since my credit card is “unsupported”. The problem now is, the money was deducted from the credit card that is not supported. My bank advised me to reach out to you to know if you’re going to ship the phone or not so that the payment can be reversed. I’m kindly asking you to reply as soon as you see this message so I can know the way forward. The amount deducted is $1357 XCD.
