MacBook Pro 2019 - 16"

Good morning, I think that this is the perfect device, pretty much what I was looking for. I was going to buy a brand new MacBook, however, the newer models made, I believe, after 2019, now use the M chips, and I need a device with an intel processor, because they have the capability of running windows 10 and a Mac OSX on the same machine, whereas the newer ones have the capability, but I think it’s something paid monthly and not so straightforward. So I just wanted to be clear before I make the big purchase, there is no water damage, it’s never been dropped, and it’s been reset back to factory settings? The only defect was a slight discoloration on it from a sticker, and that’s it? The charger is included as well correct? Are you the only owner of this device, and if so, have you ever had anything repaired or replaced? Sorry for the questions, I just want to be sure, as it’s not a small purchase, and this is your first listing, just making sure. Thanks! You may just have a buyer!!

You are correct on your assumptions.

I had a small business who had a graphic designer on staff who we purchased the computer for. She used it lightly for about a year, and no one has used it for the last year.

There is absolutely no water damage and the internal components are working as new. I have reset to factory settings.

I did not have a charger that was with this computer specifically, so I am including a Mac charger I own and used for another device.
