great price, lotta dead zones
customer service picks up the phone fast and the automated system is simple, it doesn't go on forever in a loop. when you call you push like two buttons, then there's an agent. I had better coverage when I had my Moto g power then now when I have my galaxy z flip 5G
I have a lot of trouble sending pictures and videos, whether that's a phone issue or a plan issue around 100%.

Love mint mobile. Cheap and excellent service. Better coverage than my family has with Verizon.

Have been on mint for a year and a half, initial setup saw me needing to port over my number and customer service was great when I had issues. As for service there has been no complaints on speed and coverage, in some high volume areas ( concerts, arenas, etc) you can sometimes see a little reduction than usual but not enough to complain at all.

Used to be very responsive but difficult to reach.
Finally got on call with tech and call got dropped. Tech did not call back and I could't wait for connection again.
Chat was no help.
Problem with one SIM card (I have 3) getting data.
