Exceptional support! We use little data (almost always <2G) and for two phones pay only about $35/mo. One minor gripe is that phone msgs don't contain a time/date tag so it's unknown as to when someone called.
Ting has the best Customer Service. Period!
They also offer great coverage options with Sprint, TMobile, and now Verizon.

Our bill for 4 phones with 2 teenagers carries from $50-$100 a month, depending on our usage. Don't call much, but text a ton? No problem! Great customer service, and you can bring your own device. They have access to both GSM and CDMA networks, so when we are traveling, usually one of our phones has service.
Ting has been a perfect fit for out level of use (2 phones) for about 5 years now. Our bills run about $32 to $36 per month, better than most plans I see advertised. We are not big data users. Tech support has been solid. There have been a couple of areas in the country where we travel, that the signal coverage is marginal (on the Sprint network). A new phone will be GSM so hopefully that will improve the coverage.
